Grapefruit-Cado Sunrise Smoothie

1/2 cup fresh squeezed orange juice*
1 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice*
1 cup DOLE frozen strawberries
3/4 cup DOLE banana (use frozen banana slices for thicker smoothie)
1/4 cup ice
optional: 1 tsp maple syrup
*use of fresh-squeezed juice is optional
